Refund policy

• Check your order carefully. Please notify New Earth within three (3) days of any possible error by calling 888.511.8601.
• New Earth offers a generous 60-day return policy on its nutritional products.
• To receive a refund, unused products, empty bottles or packaging must be returned to New Earth.
• Any product received by New Earth after the 60-day return period will not be refunded or returned to sender.
• New Earth has up to 30 days to issue a refund.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Support material is not refundable or exchangeable. Any such items received by New Earth will not be returned to sender.
• Refunds are issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order.
• When a package is returned to the company due to refusal of delivery by the recipient we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from the refund due.
• Unauthorized refusal of a package may result in the termination of the account.
